This contract is for the Supply and Delivery of Handcuffs and Pouches (including limb and wrist restraints).
The following number of items are estimated over the period as follows:

— Custody Suite Folding Handcuffs 250
— Folding Handcuff Pouch Right Handed 4460
— Folding Handcuff Left Handed 187
— Limb Restraints 3075
— Adjustable Wrist Restraints 7500
The annual pricing usage is listed within the pricing schedule for each item.
Suppliers should note that there is the potential for items to be removed and added onto this contract during its lifetime.
Due to issues with regards to interoperability and compatibility which could potentially occur if handcuffs and pouches were to be purchased separately, a decision was made not to tender for this requirement via Lots.
Please note that this contract is to be initially awarded for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a final period of 2 years.
