The STAR Shared Procurement Service, acting on behalf of AGMA (Association of Greater Manchester Authorities), invites tenders for the establishment of a framework agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Milk, Bread and Dairy products.
The Specification details the service and quality standards required followed by a summary of the Delivery Requirements for all Lots.
The tender will be split into 10 Lots, as follows:
Lot 1 — Trafford Council;
Lot 2 — Warrington Council;
Lot 3 — Oldham Council;
Lot 4 — Rochdale Council;
Lot 5 — Salford Council;
Lot 6 — Manchester City Council;
Lot 7 — Bolton Council;
Lot 8 — Manchester Central;
Lot 9 — G M Police;
Lot 10 — G M Fire and Rescue.
Companies may submit a tender for any number or all of the Councils and any or all of the food sub-categories.

Applicable for All 10 Lots:
The estimated annual value of the framework agreement is 3 600 000 GBP, based on the 10 lots. The estimated value of the framework over the 4 year period would be approx. 14 400 000 GBP. This figure will increase should additional authorities named wish to join the agreement, up to an annual value of 6 000 000 GBP, or 24 000 000 GBP over the lifetime of the agreement.
