The contract will be for 2 years with options to extend for up to a further 24 months at City Building’s absolute discretion. The products listed are not exhaustive and additional associated or alternative products may be required throughout the tender period which may impact on the overall value.

This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the Contracting Authority before the contract is entered into. Such additional information should be required from the procurement officer (see details in Section 1.1) of the Contract Notice). If an appeal regarding the Award of the Contract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012 (S.S.I 2012 No 88) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk by a breach of the rule to take action in the Sheriff Court or Court of Session.
