Fife Council would like to invite tenders from suitably qualified installers for the supply and installation of external wall insulation and ancillary measures necessary to allow measure to progress on properties in Fife as part of the Home Energy Efficiency Programmes for Scotland: Area Based Schemes (HEEPS: ABS). The Contractor will also be required to supply ECO (Energy Company Obligation) funding to the project.
