Main site or location of works, place of delivery or of performance: National supply to individual Ministry of Justice (MoJ) business units and organisations across England and Wales to include, but not limited to approximatley 120 public prisons and a number of other locations consisting of regional headquarters, support offices and training centres with the majority of orders being generated by HM Prison establishments.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid. Non-Price criteria used to evaluate compliance and competence are given the following weightings:

Lot 2 consists of Industrial Floor Machines and includes the following:
Industrial Carpet Cleaner;
IndustrialWet Pick Up Machine;
Buffing Machines to include High,Low,Ultra High,Heavyweight and Multi Speed;

In order to be invited to the requested event the bidder needs to register on the Ministry of Justice e-sourcing portal. (details as below). Once completed please email the buyer –firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your interest and to be invited to tender for the project.
Registering your Interest for Suppliers who are NOT already registered on the e-sourching portal – To do so please follow the link below using internet explorer as your browser:
Please complete the requested details noting that those fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory. For clarity the “notice reference field” is where you should populate the sourcing reference number which is 2630-3-Operational Goods-N-Project Supply and Maintenance of Floor Machines.
You will receive your system generated password via e-mail once your account has been approved. Having successfully logged-on and changed your password, you should contact the Buyer to confirm that you are now set up on the system so that they can add you to the sourcing event.
Once your company has been approved on the system you will be able to add more users to your organisation. If more users need to be added go to the “Utilities” Menu, select “Manage Organisation” then click once on “Create User”.
Registering your Interest for Suppliers who ARE already registered on the e-sourcing portal – Event Reference: 2603-3-Operational Goods-N-Project Supply and Maintenance of Floor Machines. In order to be invited to the requested event you will need to update your registration details on the Ministry of Justice e-sourcing portal. The Ministry of Justice has updated its registration requirements to include questions that used to be part of the RFI (PQQ). If you do not update your profile you will not be able to participate in the tender process.
To complete the extra questions log-on to the e-sourcing portal https://esourcing.justice.gov.uk/ using Internet Explorer as normal. Click on the “My Profile” tab and select “Manage my Profile”. You will need to update the Main details and Additional Information. Save your changes by clicking on the “Save” button.
There is a Supplier’s user guide attached to the sourcing event, once you have logged in, which will help you to use the eSourcing Portal.
