This package is solely for the provision of professional audio and visual services to the HMS Caroline – Historic Visitor Attraction in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
The Service includes the design and development of the Audio Visual (AV) software and hardware associated with the exhibition on board HMS Caroline, an historic WW1 ship and in the Thompson Dock Pumphouse. The installation must be completed by 15.4.2016 in time for the national commemoration of the battle of Jutland on 31.5.2016
The contract include for the design, development and installation of the AV software and hardware as set out in the works information. It includes the supply, delivery, off-loading, receiving, setting into position, fixing, erection, building, installation, setting to work, testing and commissioning and finishing in every respect the work described in the contract specific Works Information, description of the works, Project Design Brief, Specifications, Drawings and schedules (refer to Volume 3A and other tender documents).
The design and construction of the works must comply with all Law, Statutory Requirements and Relevant/British European/International Standards. The Contractor will perform the design and construction of the works in accordance with Good Industry Practice. The contract is subject to Grant Funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund and Tourism Northern Ireland.
