The Case Management incident and recording log is to be implemented at the Atkinson although if future requirements arise in other parts of DCC it may be extended to those areas.

There has been an identified need for a system which needs to be able to record details of children, observations incidents, behaviours, trigger alerts, records actions, attendance etc.  It also needs to be able to produce reports for trend and performance information.
