Radian Group is looking for supply partner(s) who can help it achieve its objectives as outlined below and in the specification document.

Radian requires a provider(s) of comprehensive customer profile data sets together with detailed analysis of markets and customer segmentation, which can be used to inform strategic planning and resource allocation. The work will consist of four separate work-streams which may be awarded to more than one provider following the conclusion of this Tender.


Radian seeks to obtain a sophisticated understanding of both its existing and future customer base in order to:

o Better understand the existing customer base in order to target resources more effectively through the application of data, segmentation and insight;
o Improve services and drive efficiencies through the effective use of insight;
o Deliver products and services tailored to customers’ needs, through channels and applications relevant to their lifestyles;
o Understand how income, affluence and Welfare Reform impact on existing and prospective customers;
o Develop a sophisticated understanding of current and future customers aspirations, ultimately assisting both individuals and communities to realise their full potential;
o Identify and quantify the potential for channel shift and the likely take-up of digital services;
o Identify the communications methods preferred by customers and tailor messaging accordingly;
o Identify new opportunities for commercial activities to increase profit that can be used to fulfil our social purpose.
