The Council is looking for a single supplier.

This contract will also be available to use by Wolverhampton Homes, WMPF (West Midlands Pension Fund) and the University of Wolverhampton (UoW).

The contract will be for 5 years. Initially 3 years with options to extend for 2 further periods of 1 year each.

The Council also reserves the right not to award a contract or to award a contract for parts or part of the services only. The Council will not, under any circumstances, reimburse any expense incurred by bidders in preparing their tender submissions. Under this procurement the contractor is required to actively participate in the economic and social regeneration of the locality of and surrounding the place of delivery for the procurement.
