LCC is inviting tenders for the delivery of an eBook and eAudio Book service to Lancashire Library Services. The Solution will enable Service Users accessibility to eBook and eAudio-book content from any internet connected location via application services.
The Solution will offer a wide range of content through a customer-friendly portal, software and format where service users will be able to reserve and check-out content. Service users will borrow content virtually, remotely on a wide range of devices including but not exclusively smart phones, e-readers, tablets and desktop computers.

Description of these options: The contract for the provision of eBook and eAudio-book services will commence on or around 1.4.2016. The contract will run for 2 years until 31.3.2018 with the option to extend for any period(s) up to a further 2 years until 31.3.2020.
