Description of the goods or services required

North Ayrshire Council requires a hosted web based client tracking and monitoring system in order to record information about beneficiaries of employability support, track beneficiaries through a range of provider services and to provide good quality data about the beneficiaries, their progress and their pathway to work.

Under this procurement, the successful applicant, and its supply chain, are required to support the Councils social objectives relating to participation in skills development, training, employment initiatives, education initiatives, community initiatives, supporting sme’s and third sector organisations. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may, where appropriate, relate in particular to social, economic and environmental considerations and Community Benefits requirements may, if appropriate, be included as a minimum requirement.
