Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is inviting tenders for the provision of a Finance Management Information System (FMIS) including Income and Cash management (ICM). The contract is for a period of 5 years with the council having an option to extend for a further period of up to 5 years (10 years in total). The Council requires a go live date of 1.4.2017 to tie in with the start of the new financial year with any optional requirements being delivered after this date.
