II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

The proposed contract is to award a 1-stop shop arrangement to a single supplier to cover all of TfL’s new, ongoing and legacy furniture requirements. The Contract will also be accessible by TfL’s other Functional Bodies that fall under Greater London Authority (GLA). These are: London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority/London Fire Brigade (LFEPA/LFB), Mayors Office for Policing and Crime/Metropolitan Police Authority ( MOPAC/MPA), Greater London Authority (GLA), London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC), Old Oak Common and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC).
TfL have over 39 Head Office buildings, over 435 LUL Operational Railway and 35 Overland Operational buildings, stations and depots. The remit is to accommodate staff relocations, accommodation and neighbourhood working and remodelling of occupied areas and more specialist operational Control Rooms.
