Also requires Annual Subscription for 5 years, to provide 24-hour satellite cover and software update with ability to order replacement GP&T tags from the supplier on a call-off basis.

Potential suppliers will be required to provide a demonstration, which is expected to take place on a single day. For this reason a maximum of 4 potential suppliers will be Invited to Tender. A Pre Qualification Questionnaire will be used to down-select the potential suppliers from those who are able to attend a demonstration and obtain the highest score in the questionnaire evaluation. From this up to 4 will then be Invited to Tender.
