Tender for a new Human Capital Management System for Look Ahead Care and Support.

The new Human Capital Management System is required to help modernise the provision of Business Systems used by Look Ahead Care and Support staff. In particular the successful deployment of the new Human Capital Management System will achieve a strategic goal to, deliver an integrated HR and Payroll solution which provides a single database of employee details and facilitates employee self service for relevant functions and information.
