Sanctuary Housing Association has experienced significant growth in recent years and this procurement is designed to identify, on a competitive basis, those providers that are able to help Sanctuary develop its ICT estate to meet rapidly evolving business needs and to support the evolving implementation of enterprise application software.
Lot 1 — The provision of Project Services to cover aspects of development, configuration, integration, testing, implementation and support of aspects of SAP applications.
Lot 2 — The provision of Project Services to cover aspects of design, development, configuration, integration, testing, implementation and support of aspects of other business applications comprising the Authority’s ICT estate, (healthcare for example), including management potentially hosting, software as a service (SaaS), support and decommissioning.
Lot 3 — The provision of Project Services to cover aspects of development, configuration, integration, testing, implementation and support of aspects of Microsoft applications.
Lot 4 — The provision of and/or management of services relating to aspects of the network, the capability to provide the full end-to-end technology for delivering Infrastructure as a service (IaaS), as part of secure, managed and scalable solutions.
Lot 5 — Data migration, strategy and delivery.
Lot 6 — The provision of consultancy services including without limitation; management, verification and any advisory services to support projects for single or multiple Lots.
