1)Short description

Lot 1 is to supply software for an Informatics System. The system is intended to supply the core informatics data management features, including sample management, equipment management, inventory control and laboratory and process equipment integration capabilities. In addition centralised recording of experimental procedures and methods are to be provided.

1)Short description

Lot 2 is to supply software for a Quality Management System. The QMS function is to manage the quality system requirements within the NBMC, suitable for use in the Biologics and Pharmaceutical industries in a paperless environment. The system must provide assurance of access control, data integrity and audit trails in order to meet regulatory and customer expectations. The system needs to enable document lifecycle management comprising of automated workflows and sequencing of activities in an innovative environment. The system also needs to be flexible and scalable in order to support growth and change.

Lot No: 003 Lot title: Data Intelligence System

1)Short description

Lot 3 is to supply software for a Data Intelligence System. The system is intended to provide the NBMC with data access and context using a structure that displays equipment, unit operations, instruments, and parameters. The system will allow easy access anywhere on the structure to bring together a subset of the data for analysis. Selected subsets of data will be used for further analysis with multivariate data analysis (MVDA) applications and other advanced statistical and chemometrics tools to better understand the impact of changes and process improvements on product quality, yield, and the use of systems and resources. The MVDA statistical and chemometrics tools are not part of this tender.
