Total quantity or scope of tender

Initially the requirement is for 6 cycle shelters complete with cycle racks, 2 cycle shelters reusing existing cycle racks and 10 scooter racks to be complete by Friday 6 March 2015. The contract will be for a period of 2 years with 2 one-year extension options for the purpose of additional call-off requirements.

Additional Information

All tenderers expressing an interest will be invited to tender. Expressions of Interest must be made via the Public Contracts Scotland

website – this will be conducted as an eTender, therefore tender documents must be downloaded, completed and uploaded again via

the Public Contracts Scotland website. Expressions of Interest and downloading of documents must be made by 12 noon on 12 December 2014 with tender submissions uploaded by 12 noon on 15 December 2014 – no late expressions of interest can be accepted.

No late tender submissions can be accepted and tenderers must ensure they allow sufficient time to upload their submissions via the website in case there are any technical problems. Public Contracts Scotland helpdesk must be contacted immediately if there are any

problems, and in any event before the deadline of 12 noon.
