Description of the contract

Southampton City Council invites applications from suitably experienced contractors who wish to tender for the supply and installation of property level flood protection measures to up to twenty three residential properties. The types of measures include, but are not limited to, flood gates, flood doors, automatic air bricks, sump and pumps and waterproof sealants. The works will be phased with up to fourteen properties being taken forward as soon as possible and the remaining, up to nine properties, being taken forward following completion of their propertly level surveys. A minimum of three and a maximum of eight tenderers will be invited to tender for the works.
