— 3 years wayfinding Software Licences,

3.2 The units should also comprise of the following:
— 46” IP65 Rated Outdoor Stainless Steel Enclosure for wayfinding,
— Air cooled with Temperature controlled,
— Heated Temperature Controlled,
— Air-cooled Tempered Glass,
— 46” Touch glass on 46” Outdoor Stainless Steel Enclosure, Including Cables for USB Controller,
— Digital Signage Players- i5 PC, Intel Desktop W7 OS Including build, Configuration and set up,

3.3 And a price for:

3.4 The units should comprise of and include the following:

3.5 Wayfinding Software & Player
— The software needs to provide a minimum for 3 years inclusion of future developments and upgrades. It also needs to be supported by a proprietary operating system.
— Initial setup of the wayfinding system should include setting up the content management system, the database and statistics tool as well as creating user accounts and the initial index of search terms and tags. To enable the client to create new searchable objects such as rooms and tenants and to monitor and remotely control the terminals. In addition to the software allowing for full customer access for localised updating and amending, it needs to able to supply the client with statistics and reports concerning the use of the terminals (number of users, search queries, popular routes and search terms). As an administrator, wayfinding supplier will also allow the client to register new terminals with the system and to manage their own user access rights for the content management system.
— Search terms, tags and location data should be stored on the terminal itself, so that every terminal works even without an active network connection.
— The advertising software should be a digital system and allow for full customer access for localised updating and amending.
— The layout and planning phase should be allowed at cost using a daily rate. With the costs dependent on the quality and scope of the delivered data, such as the number of floors and units.
— Any monthly maintenance fee is should and include software updates for the server and clients as well as 24/7 access to the a helpdesk.
— A cloud-based alternative to purchasing a license should be included in the bundle. The package should include the license and monthly maintenance fees charged monthly to the client over a period of 5 years.
3.6 Digital Signage Software & Configuration
— Year Digital Signage Software Licences for Advertising Screens charged annually (including Cloud hosting).
3.7 Service Level and Maintenance Agreement

3.8 Installation & Configuration (Software & Hardware)

3.9 Advertising
3.9.1 Advertising should be both national and local, with the client having a full management of the local advertising.
3.9.2 The income generated from the displays should by minimum allow for the displays to be cost neutral within 5 years.
3.10 Timescales
3.10.1 The Council ideally require these to be delivered and installed by 30.7.2015.
