Bristol City Council is inviting tenders for the supply of Cremated Remains Plot Memorial Tablets to Bristol Crematoria. The contract involves supply of memorial tablets, inscriptions and associated design work and supply of sundry associated items.
As the contract is for supply of limited range of goods and related services it is not considered appropriate to split the proposed contract into lots.

While the contracting Authority cannot guarantee volumes it is estimated that the total potential value for orders could be between 200 000 GBP and 250 000 GBP over the contract term. No business whatsoever is guaranteed under any resulting contract, indeed there is no guarantee that any contract will be put in place in relation to this notice. No compensation etc., will be paid if a tender or resulting agreement is withdrawn for any reason. Bidders should take part in this process only on the basis that they fully understand and accept this position. The contract term is 3 years (36 months) with the option of a 1 year (12 month) extension.
