Leicester City Council is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the supply of a bulk printing, enclosing and mailing service. Tenderers are permitted to submit a tender for one or more Lots: Lot 1 — Printing and Lot 2 — Enclosing and Mailing. The Contract duration is for an initial term of 2 years commencing on an anticipated date of 10.7.2015 with the option to extend for up to a further 3 years in 1 year periods. (2 + 1 + 1 + 1).
