The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), as the contracting authority, is re-tendering the National Legal Services Framework for the supply of legal services to complement any existing in-house service for up to 43 Police Forces, (the Elected Police and Crime Commissioner, the Police Commissioner, Chief Constables where they are the contracting authority for the Force) their partner agencies, the GLA, and successors in title throughout England and Wales and Northern Ireland.

A full list of all eligible customers can be found on Bluelight (https://www.bluelight.gov.uk) in document Annex 1 ‘List of Participating Bodies’. The services are to be called off over a 4 year period.

The MOPAC invites expressions of interest from suitably experienced firms of solicitors in tendering for a framework agreement, for the following four lots of legal services:
Lot 1 — Procurement, Contract and Commercial, Governance
Lot 2 — Civil Litigation and Personal Injury
Lot 3 — Employment
Lot 4 — Property (including Commercial, Residential Property & PFI).

The MOPAC invites expressions of interest from suitably experienced firms of solicitors in tendering for a framework agreement, for the following four lots of legal services: –
Lot 1 — Procurement, Contract and Commercial, Governance
Lot 2 — Civil Litigation and Personal Injury
Lot 3 — Employment
Lot 4 — Property (including Commercial, Residential Property & PFI).
Each lot comprises of the below:
Lot 1 — Procurement and Governance: General Commercial, Public Procurement Advice, Service Change Provision, Commercial IT, Intellectual Property, Income Generation, Aviation Agreements, Framework Agreements, Charities / Companies law, Finance, Banking, insurance and tax, Litigation, Governance
Lot 2 — Civil Litigation and Personal Injury: Civil Claims, Settlement, Debt Recovery, Personal Injury, Settlement, Debt Recovery
Lot 3 — Employment: Employment advice support and represent the Participating Body in all areas of employment including employment tribunals, threatened actions and issued, Settlements, Debt Recovery, General Employment advice
Lot 4 — Commercial and Residential Property (and PFI): Construction and Development Agreements, Environmental and Planning, Telecoms leases/licences, Housing, Commercial and Residential Property Litigation, Debt collection, PFI Projects and Advice.

A) The contracting authority intends to use an e tendering system in this procurement exercise.
