Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier of bedding plants and bulbs. The Council has a requirement for winter/spring and summer bedding plants and bulbs and requires the deliveries to be made to the Council’s Contractors (Serco) Depot in Tewin Road, Welwyn Garden City, Herts. The contract period will be for 3 years (commencing in May 2016 with the order for winter / spring bedding with the option for a 1-year extension).
