The London Fire Brigade (“the Brigade”) employs some 7 000 operational and administrative employees at locations within the Greater London area. We require Catering services for our Headquarters building at 169, Union Street, SE1. The building has a café facility which provides for the 800 building occupants. A profit share agreement will be applicable to this contract whereby the Authority will receive a share of profit levels as shown in the Pre Qualification Guidance Document.
