The British Council is currently seeking a suitable provider for a global customer insight programme. We are open to using a range of self-managed or externally managed systems to collect and report on our customer’s opinions, views, likes and dislikes in order to drive informed business decisions and improve the impact of our operations globally. The eventual solution may be a customisable package or a bespoke solution and we would aim to pilot it across a substantial segment of our operations before expanding its deployment globally.
