The Royal Borough of Greenwich is looking to award this contract to a single Supplier who will provide goods and services under the Emergency Support Scheme within the Borough. The estimated value of the Contract is 300 000 GBP per annum. This spend or Contract value is subject to funding being available and or demand for the goods and services from those under the scheme. The Contract Period is initially for a period of 3 years although the Council reserves the right to extend the Contract on the same terms for a further period or periods of up to 12 months making a total possible Contract Period of 4 years.

The Council reserves the right not to award any contract pursuant to this procurement exercise and/or to abandon this procurement exercise at any time and/or award a contract for a part of the services at its sole discretion. The council shall have no liability whatsoever to any applicant or tenderer as a result of it’s exercise of that discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, all costs incurred by any applicant and/or tenderer before signature of any contract with the Council shall be incurred entirely at the applicant’s/tenderer’s risk.
Tenderers are to note that the closing date to request PQQ documents is 10.6.2015 and closing date for return of completed PQQ is 12:00 on Monday 20.7.2015.
