Documents available from www.advantageswtenders.co.uk project DN298805. 4 year Framework from April 2018 from which our Members will award Contracts for the supply of GRP Composite Doors and associated items to each Member (or their Installers) (Lot 1) and the supply and installation of GRP Composite Doors and associated items to each Member (Lot 2). Advantage SW Members or their Installers will enter into Contracts with the successful tenderer for their requirements. These Contracts will be for a maximum of 3 years and will be awarded during the term of the Framework. Members will be able to enter consecutively into more than 1 Contract for their requirements.

The company that provides the most economically advantageous tender will be awarded first place on the framework. Members will direct award to this company. The framework will contain a small number of reserve companies who will be called upon to supply our Members (selection by cascade) should the highest placed company prove unable to meet our requirements during the life of the framework.

For smaller volume requirements Members can award to the company that came first in the framework creation tender for the relevant postcode. For larger contracts Members can run mini-tenders to all companies on the framework that operate in the relevant postcode area. Companies that consistently fail to meet our requirement will be removed from the framework.
