The Supplier is required to supply the services (the supply of Legal Services) in accordance with all requirements as set out in the specification.

The Framework Agreement is divided into 3 lots as follows:
Lot 1: Corporate Finance; Governance and Legislation (Including Asset Management and Health and Safety); Housing Management and Contracts, Commercial and Procurement;
Lot 2: Property (Including Construction; Site, Land and Property Acquisitions; Plot Sales; Securitisation; Disposals and Leasehold Work);
Lot 3: Employment, TUPE and Pensions.
As an indication the Framework Agreement is expected to commence on 1.10.2016 and will be for a period of two (2) years until 30.9.2018, with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) years until 30.9.2020. There is no limit (within reason) to the duration of individual orders awarded under the Framework Agreement.
