The supply and fitting of off-road tyres (and associated services) to a variety of port plant and vehicles at a number of locations as set out in the individual lots described in this Contract Notice.
The port plant and vehicles includes the following:
— Forklifts ranging from 2,5 tonne to 45 tonne capacity;
— Empty container handlers;
— Reach Stackers;
— RoRo tractors and distribution tractors;
— Mobile harbour cranes;
— Rubber tyre gantry cranes;
— Others, such as bulk loaders and excavators.

Parties wishing to express an interest to participate in this contract opportunity must submit a request for the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) to the Contact Point in Section I.1) no later than 17:00 on Friday, 4.12.2015. PQQ responses must be returned to the Contact Point in Section I.1) no later than 13:00 on Friday, 11.12.2015.
Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in Sterling. Any agreement entered into will be a contract made in England according to English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
