Network Rail wishes to procure a new supply framework agreements for Padlocks and Keys for use across the infrastructure. The padlocks required vary in diameter, shackle clearance and material type, determined by where they will be used.
Parties who wish to participate in the tender are required to submit compliant bids but they may also submit variant bids. Variant bids shall be evaluated in accordance with the published tender evaluation criteria and Network Rail reserves the right not to accept any variant bid. The tender pricing model shall be used to price any variant bid. The variant bid must comply with all minimum standards applicable and must meet all performance requirements stated in the technical specification.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 3 600 000 GBP
