The supply of UPVC windows and doors to Bathville Flats, Armadale West Lothian Scotland. These requirements will be required in 4 phases as follows:
Phase 1 -1 — 10 Mayfield Court (delivery required 1/11/15)
Phase 2 — 138-160 South Street (delivery required 10/4/16)
Phase 3 — 176 — 186 South Street (delivery required 1/7/16)
Phase 4 — 143 -161 South Street (delivery required 1/9/16)
Time is of the essence as the above deliveries impact of the remaining major works which will be tendered separately. It is anticipated that the council will award this contract to a single supplier; it should also be noted that although the majority of our requirements are for the supply of; this contract may also include some installation works, which will be detailed in the tender.
Evaluation weightings are 60 % price and 40 % quality. The lowest price shall be awarded the maximum points with the remaining tenders being allocated points on a pro rata basis.
A mandatory standstill period shall apply to this tender process.
All communication must be directed through the PCS Tender portal message board during the tender process.
