Teach First invites you to submit a Proposal for the supply of venue hire and associated services and facilities for 6 one day events in central London on the following dates:
Saturday 13 October 2018 (x 2) *
Saturday 2 March 2019
Saturday 16 March 2019
Saturday 11 May 2019
Saturday 18 May 2019
*Please note that on Saturday 13 October we will be delivering 2 events on the same day.
The requirements for each of the events are the same and are detailed below:
Number of participants: 250
Location: Central London location (close to central tube station)
Rooms: 14-15 rooms to accommodate a minimum of 30 people
AV requirements: 14 Laptops; flipcharts and speakers in each room; AV technician on site
Catering: Dining area for 250 people, 3 coffee breaks and lunch
Rooms: 2 large spaces which can accommodate 120 people each for keynote address
