The London Borough of Camden is seeking to award a contract for the supply of work wear, uniforms, footwear, Protective gear and equipment and requires a fully managed service covering, but not limited to:

— provision of a cost effective service for supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), work wear (including uniforms and suits), footwear, PPE equipment including but not exclusive to items listed in core list,

— provision of an easily accessible on-site service for staff to try PPE, work wear and footwear for correct fitting before purchase,

— supply of starter packs for newly appointed staff,

— provision of a telephone and email enquiry service with the ability to call and collect,

— provision of a delivery service using the internal Camden Freight Consolidation Service,

— evaluating performance of the Contract.

The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years commencing on 1.5.2018 with the option of 1 extension for 1 year.
