The initial requirement is for a 10 user development licence including maintenance and support. This may rise to as many as 40 annual licences with maintenance and support. The licences are for use by the Company’s commercial users within its data centre although other users may wish to avail themselves of the software.
A key aspect for Genomics England is for the software and component libraries to have a full support wrap on commercial terms. This support wrap should include:
— A UK and US working hours support service accessible by phone and email.
—The provision of maintenance updates when issues are identified with the core analytic software.
— On-going maintenance of genetic component libraries to ensure the availability of the most up to date analytic tools.
