Replacement Telephone System

Description of the goods or services required

The State Hospitals Board for Scotland requires a replacement telephone system as the present system; Mitel SX2000 is obsolete and is no longer supported. (See specification requirement).

Any new system will require to be compatiable with:-

The Mitel 330 Voice Mail unit and a Oak Call Logger (Comms Suite 09 – Version 9.0.7)

Due to restrictions on the internal IT network, the proposed solution will run over the existing copper cables and use the existing handsets, majority of which are BT Converse models.

You must confirm in your tender that this is possiable.
