The Trust is looking to replace its current software package that is used to manage; ? Patient Safety incidents ? All types of risk ? Safeguarding cases ? Complaints, concerns and enquiries ? Legal claims and Inquest cases ? Health & Safety incidents The Trust is looking for proven Risk Management System that has been used and tested in the Healthcare Market. The proposal is to implement a replacement system. A ‘fit for purpose’ IT system will support the changes needed to systems, processes and culture within the Trust to improve efficient management when ‘adverse events’ occur and to provide timely, relevant and interactive information to clinical teams so they can learn and improve from these events.
