Oxford City Council wishes to replace its existing Telephony Contact Centre System which is used within the Council’s Customer Services Contact Centre by Council Officers to deliver services to customers by telephone. The Council now wishes to approach the market for the provision of modern and future proof equipment and services in order to meet the identified business requirements.  The Council is seeking to award a contract to a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the detailed design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, support and maintenance and project management of a new Telephony Contact Centre System and related services.
