II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

YPO are looking for Tenderers to be appointed on to a Framework Agreement for the Supply of Whiteboard Markers, Pens and Accessories, for use mainly in the education and local authority market. The framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO and its customers by establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver stock into YPO’s distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
The Framework agreement will cover the period from 22.7.2016 to 21.7.2020 and has an estimated value of between 10 000 000 GBP and 12 000 000 GBP over the maximum life of the contract (4 years). All references in the tender documents and this notice to values and/or volumes of business are for guidance only and there is no guarantee of any business.
