Bedfordshire Police, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Constabularies require security systems maintenance services as follows:
Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of Bedfordshire Police and Cambridgeshire Non-Custodial CCTV (including video entry), access control, security vehicle barrier and gates, Intruder and Personal Attack Alarm Installations and other Security Systems as directed for the 3 forces.
Hertfordshire Constabulary requirement will include CCTV maintenance with an option to include Access Control and Gates and Barriers at a later stage.
The requirement will also include Custody CCTV maintenance for Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Constabularies. There will an option to include Bedfordshire Police Custody CCTV maintenance at a later stage.
The call off contract will be awarded to 1 supplier for 3 years plus 1 optional year.

Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of Bedfordshire Police and Cambridgeshire Non-Custodial CCTV (including video entry), access control, security vehicle barrier and gates, Intruder and Personal Attack Alarm Installations and other Security Systems as directed for the 3 forces.
Hertfordshire Constabulary requirement will include CCTV maintenance.
The requirement will also include Custody CCTV maintenance for Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Constabularies.
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 1 000 000 and 1 500 000 GBP
