Please note that the deadline for RFI responses is 12:00 noon on Thursday 16.5.2019. A market engagement event will be held on Monday 20.5.2019 at 9:30 – 12:30 at Eagles Conference Arena, Scotswood Road, Newcastle, NE4 7AF, with an opportunity for discussions with the commissioners. Please register your interest in attending the market engagement event by sending a message on the Proactis portal.
