The fleet currently consists of the following tankers however this is subject to change over the life of the framework:
18 Rigid vacuum tankers.
29 Articulated vacuum tankers.
12 Jetter tankers.
The on-going maintenance requirement is for planned and responsive maintenance which is carried out at Anglian Water operational sites.
The refurbishment of tankers will take place on a phased programme over the lifetime of the framework. The work is to be carried out at the suppliers premises.
The requirement will be divided into Lots and bidders will be able to bid for one or more Lots.
On-going maintenance and periodic maintenance will be in separate Lots giving the option to express an interest in one activity or both.
Organisations expressing an interest in the on-going maintenance, carried out at Anglian Water’s operational sites, will be required to pass a detailed health and safety evaluation as part of the Request For Information before proceeding to Request For Proposal.
