Futures Housing Group Ltd seeks to appoint by tender, registered and qualified audit professionals for the purpose of carrying out audit functions for internal audit, external audit and taxation advice. The contract will be awarded in lots. Bidders are allowed to bid for one or more lots but the contract will not allow one firm to win more than one lot. Each lot will take the form of:
Lot 1 Internal audit – a 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further three years to undertake departmental audits from an agreed annual programme depending on performance and value for money outcomes.
Lot 2 External audit – a 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further period of three years depending on performance and value for money outcomes.
Lot 3 Taxation audit – a 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further period of three years depending on performance and value for money.

Suitably qualified economic operators are invited to participate in this open tender by registering at http://plan2do.supplierselect.com/rfp/ applicants must demonstrate their standing and experience by completing the questionnaire and the accompanying pricing documents. Applicants are invited to submit their standard engagement conditions.

The contract will commence 1.4.2015.
