Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The applicant must demonsrate their previous experience and technical ability relating to the inspection of mechanical and electrical equipment and structures in a port environment.
The applicants financial history and current financial position must be strong and the applicant must accept the Contract proposed in Section III.1.4.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: a) Statements and references from the firms bankers.
b) A statement of the firms overall turnover for inspection services of this type for the 5 previous financial years.
c) The firms balance sheet and Profit and Loss account for the 3 previous financial years.
d) The firms Company registration number and details.
III.2.3)Technical capacity
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: a) The applicant must provide precise details of similar inspection contracts satisfactorily undertaken over the last 5 years, including value and client. Details must make clear the scope of the services and the degree of responsibility undertaken by the applicants.
b) Statements of the firms organisational structure and details of the qualifications and experience of key management and technical personnel to be employed on the contract.
c) The applicant must provide copies of all policy and procedural documentation demonstrating their management and implementationof all Health, Safety and Environmental legislative requirements.
d) The applicant must provide Health and Safety statistics including notices served against the Company and accident statistics over the last 3 years.
e) Applicants must be registered with the UK Accreditation Service, or another recognised competent body, as satisfying the requirements of BSEN 17020: Inspection Services and as a minimum your accreditation should include the in-service inspection of lifting equipment and pressure systems. Applicants must also be a member of SAFed or a similar industry federation.
