Manage allocated incidents, problems and requests through to successful resolution via ServiceNow, escalating to the relevant support teams when necessary, whilst targeting a high First Contact fix rate. Experience and skills will cover: Windows 7, the Office 2007 and 2010 suite of programmes and Windows Operating Systems, Administration of Active Directory and MS Exchange 2007, Administration of VMware, IOS and Blackberry devices, standard PC builds, imaging and software packaging via (SCCM). Managing the service catalogue & asset management via ServiceNow.
