These requirements could be delivered either by further advancement of the existing Asterisk 13 platform with some additional coding and integration by third-party companies or by complete replacement of the Asterisk 13 platform with a commercially supported CAPEX and OPEX modelled solution, but utilising the SIP trunks, DDI numbering and in-cloud IVR solution which has been deployed during Phase 1 of the project.
