Description of the contract

The National Measurement Office (NMO) has a requirement for the testing of a selection of televisions to verify compliance with the following Regulations: • EC No 642/2009 (Ecodesign requirements for televisions). • EU No 1062/2010 (Energy labelling of televisions). A total of five products are required to be tested. Testing may be used as part of a criminal investigation. Therefore the supplier must confirm that they can fulfil the evidential traceability requirements laid out in ISO 17025 for supplying evidence that may be used as part of a prosecution.
