Warrington Borough Council is seeking to conduct a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation with organisations wishing to provide 1-stop-shop, all encompassing building maintenance services to the Council’s portfolio of buildings (excluding housing), general building repairs and maintenance, electrical repairs and general maintenance including servicing, mechanical repairs and general maintenance including servicing.
