Perth and Kinross Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier for the supply and implementation of a Corporate Property Asset Management Information System (CAMIS) to support the delivery of a comprehensive, life cycle approach to corporate property asset management from a centralised asset management data base. The budget available to deliver the project is approximately GBP 150,000 with anticipated annual maintenance costs in the region of GBP 28,000.
Perth and Kinross Council invites suppliers to tender to participate in a competitive dialogue for the supply, installation, support and maintenance of a corporate property asset management information system.
