Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust is seeking to contract for the provision of a service to ensure that the Hospital’s current equipment is kept in a safe and reliable working order and operating in a way that provides the optimum efficiency.
The agreement is intended to remain in force for a period of 5 years, commencing on 1.4.2016, subject to the satisfactory performance of the contractor.

Provision of the routine maintenance, repair and breakdown call outs for all Air Conditioning, Chillers, Ice Machines and Fridges / Freezers.
The bidder is to complete all sections within the accompanying Invitation to Tender document (ITT), and provide pricing in the attached Pricing Schedule based on the following Specification of work.
The winning contractor is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the following specification as required by the Trust.
